Election Day Ham Dinner

The Boonville United Methodist Women (UMW) unit is sponsoring an Election Day ham dinner at the church fellowship hall, 105 Ann Street, on Tuesday evening, November 8. Serving begins at 4:00 p.m. and will continue until sold out or until all are served.

The menu includes ham, scalloped potatoes, vegetable, homemade desserts, and beverages. The cost is $9 for adults; $8.50 for senior citizens age 60 and over; and $5 for children ages 5 through 12. Children under age five can eat for free. Takeouts will also be available.

Proceeds will benefit the UMW mission projects. For more information, call the church office at 942-2626.

Holiday Craft Fair

The Annual Boonville United Methodist Church Holiday Craft Fair and Luncheon will be held Saturday, November 12, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the church fellowship hall, 105 Ann Street.

Area crafters will be selling all types of unique items, suitable for holiday gift giving. A luncheon prepared by the United Methodist Women’s group will feature chicken and broccoli casserole, turkey salad, beef-barley soup, assorted sandwiches, and homemade pies.

A silent auction is also planned, with many gifts donated by area businesses and individuals, and a bake sale will offer a variety of homemade goodies.

The church is located at 202 Main Street, but those attending the Craft Fair and Luncheon can enter the fellowship hall by using the lower level entrances.

For more information, please call Kay at 942-5456 or the church office at 942-2626.
